Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



Within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) after receiving your items, if you're truly unsatisfied with your items / parcel, please let us know.

Before sending anything back to us, please send the followings to our team for prior investigation to

  1. A photo / video of the defective items.
  2. Your full name / order number / tracking number.

Once we receive the email, we will immediately check your parcel, and notify you what to do next.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Attached together with the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • unused,
  • packed in the original packaging,
  • and must be in good condition (any destruction made by customers will not be accepted).

In some cases, you won't need to return the item for a refund.

If your return/refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or your bank account.

You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
