Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

We want to make sure you get your parcel as quickly as possible. When ordering, please choose your desired payment method.

Within 24 hours upon placing your order, you could change / cancel your order. After 24 hours, it will be shipped out from our warehouse, and no modifications or cancelations are accepted anymore.

1. Cash On Delivery (COD)

If you choose to do COD, we will ship your order out after 24 hours. Your parcel will arrive your doorstep with 5 business days. Please get ready the required cash and pay the delivery boy so that the delivery process is smooth.

2. Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay using bank deposit or bank transfer, please make the payment to the given Bank, Name, and Bank Account Number as soon as possible. Depending on the bank you transfer from, public holidays, or state holidays, the payments might take up to 2 business days to be reflected on our bank account.

Once our customer support had verified the payments, your order will be shipped out immediately.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as we ship your order out, you will be receiving a shipping confirmation email. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your order.

It will be either one of the following shipping services:

  1. NinjaVan
  2. Poslaju

Delivery timeframe is about 2-4 working days. In some cases, delivery timeframe may be longer for customers residing in East Malaysia. Please contact us for more info about the delivery timeframe.

In case you couldn't track it for any reason, please reach out to us for assistance.

DELIVERY

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If you choose COD but you're not at home upon delivery, we will make another delivery attempt to you. In case there's any extra cost for re-delivery, we will inform you first.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Our store only accepts Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). If you are paying with another currency other than MYR, you may be charged an exchange fee quoted by your bank. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee.

For COD, we only accept MYR. Any other currency note will be rejected.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
